Event List | November 2025

As the year begins to wind down, November encourages gratitude, reflection, and deeper connection with others. Observances such as Native American Heritage Month and International Day for Tolerance remind us of the importance of listening to stories that have long been overlooked and acknowledging the resilience of communities that continue to advocate for visibility and respect. Moments of appreciation become even more meaningful when paired with action—seeking understanding, challenging assumptions, and creating space where diverse voices are welcomed and heard.

November 5 / DEI Webinar (XTalent)

With dual-income households on the rise and more fathers taking parental leave, men’s involvement at home is expanding. At the same time, new challenges have emerged—such as “take-leave-only” situations and difficulties balancing work after returning. This event introduces company initiatives that support male employees to stay engaged in childcare while continuing their careers. From policy design to culture building, HR and managers will gain practical ideas they can apply immediately. (Online)

November 6 / InnovateHer Tokyo 2025

Women leaders and investors from around the world gather to share insights, funding opportunities, and networks. Through keynotes, workshops, and mentoring, participants build a roadmap to expand both their business and personal ambitions. Over 48 hours, attendees connect, learn, and take action—not as recipients of support, but as changemakers driving societal transformation. (Tokyo Innovation Base)

November 14 / DEI conference (work with Pride)

With special guest Jin Saito and a diverse lineup of speakers, participants will engage in interactive sessions to explore the current state of DEI in Japan and abroad, and discuss what actions organizations can take next.
